Our Story
Classic Hits, Local Heart
From morning drive to late-night favorites, WOPR keeps Ocala tuned in with the songs people know by heart and the hometown energy they cannot stream from anywhere else.
We are proud to be a community station first. That means spotlighting local voices, sharing what is happening around town, and making every broadcast feel like it comes from a neighbor who knows the soundtrack to your day.
Behind the Mic
A Team That Loves Radio
Our hosts, producers, and behind-the-scenes crew bring personality, music knowledge, and a playful spirit to every shift. Whether they are cueing up a timeless anthem, sharing station updates, or keeping the mix moving, the goal is always the same: make listening feel easy, familiar, and fun.
Why We Matter
More Than a Playlist
Great radio does more than fill silence. It creates rhythm for commutes, workdays, backyard weekends, and everything in between.
At 107.3 fm WOPR, classic hits are the starting point, not the whole story. We believe a local station should sound alive, stay curious, and reflect the people who listen. That is why our programming balances familiar favorites with a warm, community-first voice that keeps Ocala close.
We play the songs you love and keep the community conversation going.
WOPR Team
Every show is built to feel welcoming, upbeat, and unmistakably local, giving listeners a reason to come back day after day.
